How to Disable Google Search’s Instant Page Preview Feature

Google-logo-g Google displays instant page previews on search results page which shows the snapshot of the website and its content. This feature can be used to determine a website’s quality without visiting it.

If you don't like this feature to be shown on search results page you can disable it using third party userscripts. Lets see some of the userscripts that come handy.

Disable Google Page Preview:

This userscript simply disables the page preview feature in Google search results. It works well in Firefox browser with Greasemonkey installed and doesn't work in Chrome. The cached link also get disabled as it is placed in the page preview.

This userscript works for both http and https connections. A similar userscript to hide instant previews is Hide Google Instant Previews.

Resurrect Google Cache and Related Links:

Unlike the above userscript this userscript restores Google Cache and Related link, and hides instant preview in Google search.

I have listed three userscripts here if there are more similar userscripts please let me know in the comments.
