How to Stop Receiving Google Plus Community Invites

Are you receiving too many emails to join Google Plus Communities? It happens for all active Google Plus users. Google Plus Community is where people can start engaging in discussions on specific topics. Since this is a new feature added by Google recently, people are creating new Communities and sending invites in bulk.

Stop Receiving Google Plus Community Email Invites:

By default Google Plus email option is enabled for all Google Plus users. Which is why you will receive emails from your friends to join in communities. You can disable it using following steps.

1. Login into your Google+ Plus account, click on Gear icon then select Settings option to open Settings page.

2. On the Settings page scroll to bottom of the “Receive notifications” section and look for “Communities” option. Uncheck the check box next to “Invites me to a Community” option.

This will stop sending you Google Plus invitation emails.
