Twitter Allowing Users to Download All their Tweets

Though this feature has not been rolled out to all users, some users found it in their accounts. An option to download an archive of all the tweets. It is found at the bottom of Settings page. It looks like as shown in the picture below.

You can see in the image that requested file will be emailed when the file is ready to be downloaded. The download file will be in zip format, archive in HTML form. HTML file that opens will display a page similar in layout to Twitter’s own website. You can browse your tweets by month and search the complete archive.
