Here there are two problems with horizontal green bar or line with videos. One that appears at the top of the videos and another that appears at the middle of the video which splits the video into two parts. See the screenshots below.

These green bars generally appear due to the Hardware acceleration in Flash players. You must disable it to remove the green bar that appears on the video.
Open any video on YouTube or Dailymotion (green bar appears on all video sites that use Flash), right click on it and select Settings. A small window with Adobe Flash Player Settings should appear on the video. Now uncheck Enable Hardware Acceleration then click Close. Now reload the page and video should appear without green bar.
