Quick Tip: Chrome Adds URL of the Page to Locally Saved Web Pages

This tip might help if you are a Chrome user. Do you save pages locally on your computer then finding URL of the web pages is easier than before. Chrome saves URL of the page along with the source code to the locally saved web pages.

To view the URL simply open the locally saved web page in text editor, in the second or third line you will find URL of the page prefixed by the text ‘saved from url’ . See second line in the screenshot below.
